Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything is delivered digitally, in your browser at betterdesign.ai. The free Basic plan is available as soon as you create an account.

A Pro subscription is activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within a few minutes. You don't need to do anything to activate it. Screens you copy are placed on your clipboard and you can paste them into your own Figma files by pressing ⌘ + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows).

A payment receipt is emailed to the address on your account for every payment. For a GST invoice with your business details, email support@betterdesign.ai.

The service is available worldwide wherever the website can be reached. Customers in India are billed in Indian Rupees (GST included) and everyone else in US dollars.

If your payment went through but your account still shows the free plan after an hour, email support@betterdesign.ai with the payment date and amount. See our refund policy for failed and duplicate payments.
